Most details take between 1 to 4 hours, depending on the package and condition of the vehicle. Deep interior details or our Dirt Assassin package may take longer to ensure the highest level of quality.
✅ 2. Do I need to be home during the service?
Nope! As long as we have access to the vehicle (driveway, keys, etc.), we can handle everything and text you updates along the way.
✅ 3. What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve Frisco, TX and surrounding areas including McKinney, Little Elm, Prosper, and The Colony. Not sure if we come to you? Text 516-606-6129 for a quick check.
✅ 4. Do you bring your own water and power?
We do ask for access to water and a standard power outlet nearby. It helps us deliver top-quality results. If you’re unsure about setup, just ask — we’re flexible and easy to work with.
✅ 5. Do you clean pet hair and stains?
Yes. Our Deep Interior and Prestige packages include heavy stain extraction, pet hair removal, and odor elimination using pro-grade equipment.
✅ 6. What if it rains or the weather is bad?
No worries — we’ll reschedule for free or work with you to find a covered space (garage, carport, etc.) to complete the detail safely.
✅ 7. Is this safe for ceramic coatings or wraps?
Yes. We use coating-safe, wrap-safe, pH-balanced products that protect and preserve high-end surfaces.
✅ 8. Do you offer recurring maintenance?
Yes! Ask us about monthly or bi-weekly maintenance plans to keep your car fresh all the time — with discounted pricing and priority scheduling.
✅ 9. Will you work on exotics or collectibles?
Yes — we treat every car like it’s priceless, but we’re especially careful with collector cars, exotics, and show vehicles. Let us know the vehicle’s needs and we’ll tailor our approach.
✅ 10. Is this safe for luxury vehicles like Mercedes, BMW, Porsche, etc.?
Yes. We use premium, pH-balanced products and non-abrasive tools designed specifically for high-end finishes, soft-touch interiors, and sensitive surfaces.
